Joanna joined Gower in 2023 following a 28-year career in retail banking, bringing with her a wealth of administrative experience and a strong customer-focused approach. Based in Alderney and working remotely, Joanna ensures we have a dedicated presence on the ground to support our Alderney-based clients and their specific needs. At Gower, Joanna is responsible for administering our corporate pension schemes, overseeing the full member lifecycle from onboarding joiners to managing leavers, as well as reconciling weekly and monthly contributions and coordinating investment activities.
