Gower delivers financial wellbeing sessions at Saffery Trust

Gower Financial Services delivered two presentations this morning as part of its Financial Wellbeing Series, supporting the Saffery Trust team to build confidence in their financial future.

The sessions – Financial Foundations and Financial Confidence – were presented by Paul McCormick and Robyn Bowyer-Smith and were designed to help employees at every stage of their financial journey, from those starting out in their careers to those approaching retirement.

Both presentations focused on practical steps individuals can take to plan for the future. Topics included setting financial goals, creating a clear plan for your money and developing a personal financial forecast to understand how today’s decisions may shape tomorrow’s outcomes.

Paul McCormick said: “Financial wellbeing starts with a plan. When people understand where they are today and where they want to be in the future, they can begin making decisions with confidence. Our goal is to help people build a clear plan for their money and feel more confident about their financial future.”  Following the sessions, attendees were invited to book a complimentary financial planning meeting with the Gower team to discuss their own financial plans.

Amy Duport, People & Culture Officer at Saffery Trust, commented:

“The sessions delivered by Gower were engaging and very informative. They gave our employees practical insights and tools to start thinking about their own financial future with greater confidence whilst complementing the financial pillar of our wellbeing strategy, Vivibalance.”

Gower’s Financial Wellbeing Series helps organisations support their teams by improving financial understanding, encouraging long-term planning, and helping people feel more confident about their future.
